Corps Dorms Additions and Renovations

The Corps Dorm addition and renovation project at Texas A&M University added 34,000 square feet to each of the nine of the existing corp dorms. Each addition is four stories. The new addition increases the housing provided to 220 beds per dorm. Two Leadership Learning Centers were also to added to the Corps Dorm complex. The additions were constructed using structural steel.

Jaguar Suites

Jaguar Suites at the University of Houston Victoria is an 82,000 square feet, three story, residence hall containing 216 beds. The residence hall was constructed using a conventional wood stud framing system.

Cougar Place

Cougar Place at the University of Houston is a 318,000 square feet, four story, complex that includes a commons building and two wings of residential living space containing 799 beds. Cougar Place was constructed using a combination of structural steel and a conventional wood stud framing system.
