The Brazos Center is a new workforce and student services center on the Texas State Technical College campus in Rosenberg, Texas. The center is 420,000 square feet and two stories. The Brazos Center was constructed using structural steel framing and concrete tilt wall panels supported on drilled piers.

Energy & Manufacturing Institute

Lone Star College's Energy and Manufacturing Institute is located on the University Park Campus in Tomball Texas. The institute is 72,000 square feet and two stories. The facility was constructed using structural steel framing and concrete tilt wall panels supported on spread footings.

Coleman College for Health Sciences

The Coleman College of Health and Sciences Building is located in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The seven story educational facility is 250,000 square feet. The building was constructed using a cast-in-place pan formed beam system spanning to cast-in-place columns supported on auger cast piles. A 170 feet long pedestrian bridge will connect the building to the current Coleman campus over Pressler Street. The pedestrian bridge was constructed using structural steel trusses.

The Academic Building at Texas A&M University Galveston is the first phase of a three phase academic complex. The Academic Building is 91,000 square feet and four stories. The Academic Building was constructed using a cast-in-place pan formed beam system spanning to cast-in-place columns supported on auger cast piles.
