The Deluxe Theater and Library is located in Houston’s historic 5th Ward. The theater was restored to it's original 1940's Art Deco exterior. The theater is 15,000 square feet and has 125 seats. The theater was renovated using structural steel framing supported on spread footings.

The Spring Valley City Hall and Police Station is two stories and 18,500 square feet. The building was constructed using structural steel framing supported on drilled piers.

The City of Bellaire added two new municipal buildings. The first building is a two story City Hall and Civic Center. The second building is a two story Police Station and Municipal Court.The City Hall and Civic Center is 26,000 square feet. The Police Station and Municipal Court is 23,000 square feet. Both municipal buildings were constructed using structural steel framing supported on drilled piers.
