Junior BIM Specialist
Noah Lightsey supports the digital delivery of complex projects and develops detailed 3D models and construction documents using Revit and other advanced BIM tools. As a Junior BIM Specialist, he works closely with Rogers DeSimone’s engineers and project team architects to translate design concepts into precise, coordinated documentation.
Noah applies his background in architecture and graphic design to a range of projects across building types ranging from aviation, commercial, and residential to education. Current projects include the 40-story St. Regis Residences in Houston, the College Station Independent School District Career and Technical Education Phase II building, and renovations at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
Prior to joining the firm, he supported BIM efforts for projects such as the HoM District in Bellevue and 3201 Cuthbert in Philadelphia while at Kendall-Heaton Associates. Additional experience includes the development of models for Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Terminal F, multiple aviation hangars, and several hospitality and civic facilities across Texas.
Noah holds a BS in Architecture from Texas Tech University.
