The Spring Valley City Hall and Police Station is two stories and 18,500 square feet. The building was constructed using structural steel framing supported on drilled piers.

The City of Bellaire added two new municipal buildings. The first building is a two story City Hall and Civic Center. The second building is a two story Police Station and Municipal Court.The City Hall and Civic Center is 26,000 square feet. The Police Station and Municipal Court is 23,000 square feet. Both municipal buildings were constructed using structural steel framing supported on drilled piers.

Bethel Missionary Baptist Church was founded in the late 1800’s by Reverend John (Jack) H. Yates, an early leader of Houston’s African American community. Located in Freedmen’s Town, a post-Civil War Houston neighborhood founded by freed slaves, the Church has had three sanctuaries on the same site, with the earliest constructed in the 1890’s. The first structure was destroyed by the Great Galveston Hurricane of 1900. The third and most recent structure was abandoned in 1997 and nearly destroyed by fire in 2005. White Oak Studio led the team along with PGAL and the City of Houston to restore the property by retaining and reinforcing the existing exterior walls and establishing a beautiful park on the interior. PGAL’s design includes seating that is reminiscent of church pews; interpretive panels to highlight the illustrious history; open web trusses to reinforce the structure without obscuring light and views to the open sky; refurbished masonry and accents; window openings that allow ample daylight; decorative fencing to secure the site while welcoming visitors; and beautiful landscaping throughout to propel the revitalization in the area.

The Welcome Center Parking Garage at the University of Houston is a five level parking garage with 1,500 spaces. The parking garage is constructed using a precast concrete structural system.

The Braeswood Parking Garage located in the Texas Medical Center is a nine level parking garage with 2,470 parking spaces. The garage includes an electronic parking guidance system. The parking garage was constructed using a cast-in-place post-tensioned one-way floor system spanning to post-tensioned concrete girders.

The parking garage at the Wilshire Condominiums is an attached four level parking garage with parking 210 spaces. The 4th level of the garage support an amenity space and swimming pool. The garage is constructed using a cast-in-place one-way post-tentioned concrete floor system spanning to post-tensioned concrete girders.

The Rayonier Corporate Office Building is a three story office building located in Yulee, Florida. The office building is 55,700 square feet. The office building was constructed using concrete tilt-wall panels along the exterior with structural steel framing infill supported on spread footings. The roof was constructed using a combination of structural steel and wood framing.

The Insperity Centre Four Office Building is a four story office building located near Kingwood, Texas. The office building is 105,000 square feet. The office building was constructed using concrete tilt-wall panels and structural steel framing. In addition to the new office building, a new, three level precast parking garage with 340 parking spaces was constructed on the south end of the property and was connected by a walkway to the office building.
