The Woodbranch Park complex includes two 175,000 square feet, seven story office buildings that overlook an internal park. Both buildings are equipped with a two-story lobby that extends the length of the structure. The office buildings were constructed using a cast-in-place concrete pan formed beam system supported by concrete columns and drilled piers.

The Wilshire Condominiums is a 17 story residential tower with an attached parking garage in Houston, Texas. The residential tower will house 96 units. The attached parking garage is three levels with 210 parking spaces. The condominiums were constructed using cast-in-place post-tensioned two-way slabs on cast-in-place columns supported on auger cast-in-place piles.

Vertis Green Hills is a mixed use development in Nashville, Tennessee. The development was built on a five level below ground parking garage with 680 spaces. The north end of the development features 85,000 square feet of commercial and retail space divided between five stories. A residential tower with 18 stories and 310 units sits on the south end of the development. The development was constructed using a cast-in-place two-way post-tensioned concrete system spanning to cast-in-place columns supported on spread footings.

Junction 15 Apartments is located in historic downtown Plano, Texas. The development is comprised of a 6 level parking garage with 340 parking spaces, 7,700 square feet of retail space at ground level, and five stories of apartments with a total of 279 units. The lower two levels were constructed using cast-in-place concrete with cast-in-place columns on drilled piers. The remaining levels were constructed using conventional wood stud framing.

The Centric LoHi development is comprised of 2 buildings in Denver, Colorado. Each building has two levels of below ground parking with a total of 332 parking spaces and 9,3000 square feet of retail space at ground level. The south building has four stories of apartments and the north building has five stories of aparments for a total of 302 units. The first two levels of the buildings were constructed as a cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete podium. The remaining residential levels were constructed using conventional wood stud framing.

Discovery Green is an 11.8 acre park located in downtown Houston, Texas. The park features The Grove Restaurant, an interactive water feature, dog runs and a lake suitable for sailing remote-controlled boats in the summer and ice skating in the winter. Structural scope of work included design of three major building structures, wood decks, water features and sculpture foundations. The structures were constructed using structural steel framing supported on drilled piers.

The City of Houston’s Market Square is located on Houston’s original city hall and occupies a square block in the downtown historic district. The urban park features a central lawn, terraced dog runs with water features and climbing boulders, fountains and contemporary public art, a large play sculpture of a dog carved from a hundred year-old Galveston Live Oak felled by Hurricane Ike and a commemorative garden. The Corps Dorm addition and renovation project at Texas A&M University added 34,000 square feet to each of the nine of the existing corp dorms. Each addition is four stories. The new addition increases the housing provided to 220 beds per dorm. Two Leadership Learning Centers were also to added to the Corps Dorm complex. The additions were constructed using structural steel.
