She also managed the design and review of terraced, low-rise buildings for a resort property in Austin, a project involving mixed development buildings. Additionally, Noran played a pivotal role in the conversion of the Alamo Visitor Center in San Antonio, into the Alamo Education Center, providing structural guidance for its transformation into a state-of-the-art educational and research facility.

Noran holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada, and both an MSc and BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cairo University, Egypt. In addition to her project leadership, she is an active contributor to the engineering community, having written numerous papers and delivered presentations on key topics within the industry.
