BIM Supervisor
With a focus on digital coordination and quality assurance, Carlos Morales leads BIM operations across a wide range of projects, from airports and healthcare facilities to schools and residential towers. As Rogers DeSimone’s BIM Supervisor, he coordinates staff, ensures timely delivery of design documents, and supports the achievement of high standards through thoughtful mentoring of staff, careful scheduling, and the implementation of rigorous QA/QC protocols across projects.
Carlos optimizes collaboration between disciplines by facilitating model coordination, managing shared workflows, and proactively addressing design conflicts from the earliest project phases. His attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement help reduce conflicts and rework.
His supervisory experience includes such major aviation projects as Terminal F at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), the expansion of Terminal B at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, and upgrades to Houston’s Hobby Airport (HOU).
Previous experience includes the High C Gate Renovation at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, the Ritz-Carlton Residences in The Woodlands, the Ballistic and Missile Testing Facility at Texas A&M and number of educational and mixed-use developments across Texas and Colorado.
Carlos holds multiple Autodesk certifications. A respected BIM educator and consultant, he has taught Revit and supported implementation of the software for architecture, MEP, and contractor workflows in Puerto Rico.
