BIM Manager
Ricardo Rodriguez oversees BIM systems and standards ensuring accuracy, consistency, and innovation across digital project delivery. As BIM Manager, he leads quality control efforts, supports model-based design work, and guides team development through hiring, training, and ongoing technical support.
Ricardo specializes in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD and plays a key role in the research and implementation of new BIM technologies. He currently manages BIM models for projects including the George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) Terminal B North Transformation in Houston, Tweed New Haven Airport (HVN)’s East Terminal, and renovations for College Station Independent School District.
His prior work includes managing BIM efforts on high-profile aviation and infrastructure projects such as the Southwest Airlines terminal at Houston Hobby Airport (HOU), the Denver Maintenance Hangar, United’s Terminal C North at George Bush Intercontinental Airport, and UPS facilities in Louisville. He also contributed to the BIM coordination for Axiom Space Headquarters and the Mickey Leland International Terminal expansion.
Ricardo holds an Associate’s degree from ITT Technical Institute in Webster, Texas.
