Engineer
Specializing in the structural design and documentation of large-scale building projects, Alexis Morales analyzes and coordinates complex structural systems, leveraging in-house and industry software to deliver efficient and integrated structural solutions.
She has designed concrete, steel, post-tensioned, and wood-framed structural systems, with current project experience including Terminal F at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), a new 400,000 SF airport terminal utilizing modular construction methods, and the 15-story Ritz-Carlton Residences in The Woodlands. Alexis works closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to align the design of each structure with constructability goals.
Her past experience includes condition assessments and design documentation for adaptive reuse, multifamily, and education projects such as the Emery Weiner School addition, 1 Elmcroft Road mixed-use building in Connecticut, and W 11th Street Apartments in Houston.
Alexis holds BS and MS degrees in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Texas (SEAoT).
