Chad Sikes

Project Engineer

Chad Sikes specializes in structural design and construction administration for some of Rogers DeSimone’s most complex projects across building types, playing a key role in reviewing submittals, tracking construction administration (CA) documents, and coordinating engineering responses to RFIs. In his role as a project engineer, he ensures the production of timely, accurate deliverables and facilitates smooth collaboration between the structural design, client, and construction teams.

Chad’s strong background in wood and concrete construction, along with significant hands-on experience in both design and project management has proved an asset to our clients. His current focus includes the Terminal B Processor at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, where he oversees construction administration and implements design revisions in close coordination with the team’s senior engineers.

Chad served as project manager and engineer on a range of developments in Austin prior to joining Rogers DeSimone. His experience includes the conversion of a multi-story apartment building into a hotel at 1715 Guadalupe Street, and such mid-rise, wood-over-podium residential projects as Henderson on Reinli and Yugo Austin Rio.

Chad holds an ME and a BS from Texas A&M University.
