Parul Patankar supports the structural design and delivery of residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects at Rogers DeSimone. She is involved in all phases of project execution, contributing to structural analysis, documentation, coordination, and construction administration.

Her expertise includes the design of concrete, timber, and steel structural systems for tall buildings and multi-structure developments, as well as the full life cycle of design, project documentation and coordination, and on-site administration.

Currently, she is focused on drift control, pile and mat foundation design, and structural modeling in ETABS for the 40-story St. Regis Residences in Houston, and also serves as key structural engineer for The Grove in San Antonio and a multi-building residential complex on Bebee Road in Kyle, Texas.

Parul’s previous project experience includes tenant fit-outs at 830 Brickell in Miami, a pair of 30-story post-tensioned residential towers in Maryland, and a series of tunnel-form concrete buildings in Florida.

She holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.Eng from YCCE in Nagpur, India.
