Senior Project Engineer
With expertise in structural engineering for new construction and structural restoration, Dali Zeng provides engineering leadership on projects ranging from major airport expansions and office buildings to warehouses, retrofits, and structural assessments. As a Senior Project Engineer, he provides structural analysis, design, and coordination services while working closely with architects, owners, and internal teams to achieve our client’s goals for each project.
Dali specializes in the renovation and condition assessment of existing projects and has developed particular strength in the design of steel and concrete structures. His current work includes the Houston Hobby Airport (HOU) West Concourse Expansion, where he has contributed to the design of a long-span roof truss and a canopy over an active roadway, as well as the condition assessment of the Post Oak Central parking garage.
Previously, he completed the design of a tilt-up concrete warehouse for Ethan Allen in Houston, structural signage design for Bechtel, and the renovation of the LyondellBasell office building in Houston, where he designed inter-story stair structures.
Dali holds a Master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas.
