Balancing Technical precision with project coordination and client service, Rodolfo Mendoza Garana manages structural engineering projects from design through construction. He leads design development, oversees interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures structural drawings align with architectural intent and construction realities.

His expertise includes steel and tilt-up concrete structures, blast-resistant design, and complex logistics-driven projects.

Rodolfo managed the Rogers DeSimone team for the Career and Technical Education Center Phase II in College Station, an addition to the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Nassau Bay, and the steel module redevelopment for Terminal C at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).

Previously, Rodolfo led the structural design of the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport’s 19th Street Cargo warehouses, the Texas Southern University Flight Academy Hangar, and served as a key team member for a number of blast-resistant facilities and industrial developments across Texas.

Rodolfo earned a MS Eng from Stanford University and graduated summa cum laude with a B.C.E. from the University of Houston. A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and a member of The American Institute of Steel Construction, he currently participates in the organization’s Career Accelerator Program.
