Senior Project Engineer

Guiding structural design from early concepts through the completion of construction, Maciel Perez Razo produces specifications and construction documents, coordinates project teams across disciplines, and delivers efficient structural solutions for our clients.

Marciel’s expertise includes the design of structural steel systems, deep and shallow foundations, and mid-rise, mixed-use developments. Major projects currently include the Lakefront Condo tower in The Woodlands, the Eisenhauer tilt-up business park development in San Antonio, and the new Terminal F at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), where she leads the analysis and design of the connecting bridge for the Skylink.

Maciel's prior project structural engineering portfolio includes multifamily, institutional, and infrastructure projects across the US, including AMLI Riverfront Green in Denver, The Nine in Louisville, and AMLI on Aldrich in Austin. She has also served as a structural engineer for educational facilities for the University of Houston, University of Houston-Victoria, University of Texas at Arlington, Katy Independent School District, Barbers Hill Independent School District, Cy Fair Independent School District, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Colorado, she earned MS and BS degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
